3 Reasons To Ask For Help
Today let’s shift away from the mindset that asking for help is bad and into the mindset that asking for help is good and acceptable. When you ask for help you are actually showing yourself love and compassion. Doing it all by yourself most of the time only depletes your energy and asking for help allows you to refill your cup. It takes more courage to ask for help then to power on. Its okay to ask for help, its okay to need help.
This week I challenge you to notice when you need help and ask for it. Small task, big task become aware of when you need help. Have compassion for yourself and courage to ask for help then accept it.
