Connect to what feels good. Often in yoga we listen to the instructors guidance and that can mean we aren’t listening to our body. Your body is your compass it will literally lean in or away from something. This practice is about you connecting with your body to discover what feels good for you. Coming into alignment with your body will guide you towards alignment with your soul. The first step is always discovering what feels good and then choosing to stay in that alignment.
