Aligned & Zen Yoga Sequence

Alignment is so powerful and it brings this zen energy. Discover how easy it is to feel zen throughout your days by getting into alignment with yourself and your soul. This quick practice will guide you into alignment with ease. Set you intention and stick to it.

Deep Squat – 5 to 10 Deep breaths (Get Grounded In Your Breath)

Tree – 3 to 5 Breaths (Root Into Alignment)

Mountain with Leg Lifted – 5 to 10 Breath (Connect to Your Inner Zen)

Standing Split– 3 to 5 Breaths (Stand In Trust For Yourself)

Crescent Lunge – 3 to 5 Breaths (Release What Does Not Serve You)

Low Lunge – 3 to 5 Breaths (Affirm I Am Aligned. I Am Zen.)

Child’s Pose – 5 to 10 Breaths (Melting into your Zen Alignment)

Repeat on Other Side.
