Breathing Meditation to Release Limiting Beliefs

We all have beliefs that limit us. Maybe you are aware of those beliefs and maybe you aren’t. Either way this meditation is for you to release those limiting beliefs with ease. You don’t have to be specific just setting the intention will do the trick. I will guide you through deep breathing and a visualization to release those limiting beliefs. You will feel at ease and free after this short meditation. And practice as many times as you need to. Sometimes those limiting beliefs pop in to say hi even after releasing them so you just gotta keep setting the intention to release them and breath.
