There is this belief out there that self-care is selfish and its just not true! In all honesty I believed it too for so long then I saw the light. Why so many of us feel self-care is selfish I don’t know but today I want to melt that belief away.
Getting ground can mean a few different things. Today I am talking about getting grounded in reality. Its so easy to get caught up in worries of the future and fear from the past because we don’t ground into the moment.
Attracting abundance can be simple once you come into an abundance mindset. Abundance is abundant and it can come in many different forms. Part of attracting is becoming unattached to the outcome and that is all about your mindset.
Intentions can be extremely powerful. The thing is you have to realize an intention is not a goal or a resolution; its different. It is more about what you intend to do to direct your energy and not based on a specific outcome.
Yoga has had such an impact on my life which is my I have made it my mission to service the world through sharing yoga. There are so many misconceptions about yoga and I want to break down a few of those myths and also share with you what yoga means to me.
Judgements are super powerful. They are thoughts and feelings that create separation. You could be in judgement of yourself or others and either way the judgement is coming from your open fear. Yes judgement comes from fear and creates separation that closes off your heart.
Worry happens, its happens to all of us. Sometimes is easier to step out of worry and sometimes its hard. Worries come from all different places from fear to past experiences. The best way to process your worry is to know the tools that help you release them.
We have have limiting beliefs. They form throughout life from experiences, feelings, thoughts and things we are told to be true. In reality most of these limiting beliefs are not true and we have the power to transform those beliefs that limit us into beliefs that empower us.
Perhaps the most important form of self-care is to create boundaries. It can also be one of the hardest things to do because there is a chance you will disappoint someone else. The thing is you are the most important person and that does not make you selfish.
