The Weight Of The World On Your Shoulders

It’s all too often we put the weight of the world on our shoulders. This pressure we put on ourselves to do everything, to be perfect, to be everything to everyone, to be a superhero, to have super powers, to be happy all the time, to be strong all the time is creating the stress that we really don’t wanna feel. We are creating overwhelm in our life, we are creating nervousness and anxiousness and chaos in our minds through this pressure we are putting on ourselves.
