It’s all too often we put the weight of the world on our shoulders. This pressure we put on ourselves to do everything, to be perfect, to be everything to everyone, to be a superhero, to have super powers, to be happy all the time, to be strong all the time is creating the stress that we really don’t wanna feel. We are creating overwhelm in our life, we are creating nervousness and anxiousness and chaos in our minds through this pressure we are putting on ourselves.

Flexibility is not just about physical flexibility it’s about being flexible in all parts of your life and in fact flexibility may be one of the most important things to maintain. Being inflexible in your body means you can’t move completely you get stuck and maybe you have pain. When we talk about being inflexible in life, that has the potential to totally derail everything we desire to bring stress and tension; to create a jail of our own making. When we are inflexible we box ourselves in.
