Lower back tension can really effect our daily activities. A real pain in the back side. I know i used to have awful lower back tension. and then along came yoga. I have to say these simple poses/stretches really help me keep that lower back tension away. Although it pops up every now and then, yoga usually takes it away immediately. This video is about 10 minutes with simple yoga poses to help you release that lower back tension and move with ease throughout the day.
