What time will the LIVE Sessions Be?
The times vary but the replays are available ALL week long and three days are the week ends. Some sessions are in the morning and some in the evening to accommodate different time zones and work schedules. Please see schedule below.
What if I know nothing about Chakras?
That’s okay! This week will teach you all you need to know. You are not alone we are all learning together.
What if I have no yoga or meditation experience?
Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary. Each class will meet you where you are and Katie encourages you to embrace where you are.
When Will I get access to the Facebook group?
One week prior to Chakra Reset Week
How long do I get access?
Registrants get access all week long. After Chakra Reset Week is over, replays are available inside the Aligned Life Membership or for purchase separately.
