Pure presence allows you to live life in flow and let go of control. This meditation is to calm the mind and encourage trust in the moment. When you release the need to control or change your moments you free yourself. Its okay to embrace each moment, even when its doesn’t feel good. The truth is life isn’t always what you want it to be. Sometimes there is darkness and its through that darkness you discover the light, you brighten your light. Hiding from or struggle to change the moment won’t make it different. Embracing each moment for what it is will bring you into flow and in essence free you.
As you journey through this meditation connecting to your true self breathe deeply and allow yourself to be purely present, stepping into trust and freeing yourself to live.
