An empath is someone who is sensitive to others feelings and energy. This means you walk into a room and can immediately feel anxious, sad, joyful or any emotion under the sun because you are sensitive to other people’s feelings and energy.
This can be a beautiful thing and a struggle. Yes two truth’s can co-exist. It becomes a struggle because you haven’t yet discovered the tools that support you in managing your empathic gifts and reducing the energetic, mental, and emotional overload that often comes with being an empath.
Starting Thursday June 23rd, 2022 Katie Bock and Nicole Shackelford will be hosting a 9 week book club to support you as you discover and apply empath survival practices and tools in your life.
We will meet every Thursday from 7pm EST to 815pm EST except for Thursday 7/28/2022 which is reserved for integration.

Katie Bock >>
Katie is a woman on a mission to support other women as they re-discover their inner power, intuition and magic. She is a 200HR certified yoga instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui/Holy Fire III, Karuna & Crystal Reiki Master. With her knowledge of energy, chakras, mindset and empowerment Katie offers support, energy healing, coaching, tools and practices that guide you toward living free and fulfilled.
Nicole is a Baltimore-based yogini specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga. She is a registered 500hr (RYT) yoga teacher certified in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Curvy Yoga, and Yogastrology®. Passionate about offering tools of healing, she is also a Y12SR Leader, Mindful Resilience Ambassador, and a Warriors at Ease Level 1 Instructor. Nicole offers additional tools for healing and resiliency as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Community Resilience Model® Instructor, and a Wellness Catalyst Coach.
Each session will be a space to discuss that week’s chapter, dive into the practices and explore how this new information can be applied to your life.
You are also welcome to participate in the discussion and you are not required to, you may just be present when and if you prefer.
Sessions will be held on LIVE on zoom. Each week you will receive an email with a link for the session. We will meet from 7pm EST to 815pm EST on 6/23/2022, 6/30/2022, 7/7/2022, 7/14/2022, 7/21/2022, 8/4/2022, 8/11/2022, 8/18/2022, & 8/25/2022.
