Everything you feel is triggered by something. We all have triggers, they are nothing to be ashamed of. Actually they are something to become mindful of, there is power in understanding how you work and what triggers you. While it may bring up fear to discover yourself in a deeper way, you will also begin to free yourself. Healing occurs through mindfulness and self-acceptance, the more you know yourself and understand there is nothing wrong with you the more you love yourself.
