In a world so loud its nice to get still and expand in that stillness. This meditation is guiding you into a state of calm, clarity and focus. The knowledge you require is already available to you, you just have to clear the chaos of the mind. We are doing that in this meditation. We use the gyan mudra, also called the chin mudra. It is used for focus, bring knowledge and union of the soul. A powerful mudra to use in any meditation. Take some time to clear the mind, focus and receive all the knowledge you require. This meditation is about expansive stillness. Remember there is no right or wrong way to be in meditation so just embrace where you are without expectation. When you free yourself to just be you often discover the most magical things.
