Fresh Space Yoga Sequence

Sometimes we get so down about the past and we just need some fresh space. This quick practice is for you to breathe and release. Open up body, mind and soul by creating a fresh space for yourself. Take deep clearing breaths with each pose.

Child’s Pose – 5 Deep breaths (Honor Yourself)

Cat/Cow – Inhale Cow. Exhale Cat. 5 Breaths (Create Space in The Body)

Thread the Needle – 3 to 5 Breaths Each Side (Open The Heart Space)

Crescent Twist – 3 to 5 Breaths Right Side (Twist Old The Old, Release what No Longer Serves You)

Half Split – 3 to 5 Breaths (Accept All That You Are)

Crescent Twist – 3 to 5 Breaths Right Side (Twist Old The Old, Release what No Longer Serves You)

Half Split – 3 to 5 Breaths (Accept All That You Are)

Bridge – 5 Deep Breaths (Get Grounded In Fresh Space)

Waterfall – 5 Deep Breaths ( Allow Every Cell Of Your Being To Be Refreshed)

Savasana – At least 10 Deep Breathes (Rest in Fresh Space, Breath in Peace)
