How often do you give to yourself? I used to over give to others and under give to myself then I learned how amazing it felt to give to myself. Giving to yourself can be simple it you let it be. This practice is just for you to have some space to breathe.

Take 10 minutes for yourself to move your body and breath. You are worthy of receiving right now in this moment. Give to yourself what you need. In this video you will breathe, use affirmations and gently move the body to give back to yourself.
