
Gratitude is one of the most powerful practices that exists. It can provide the light, hope or tiniest bit of joy you need to make it through. Grounding in gratitude means getting present and affirming your gratitude. This simple sequence is for just that. Each each pose affirm your gratitude 3 to 10 times either by stating I Am Grateful or I am Grateful For… and filling in the rest. This practice is for you, enjoy and feel the power of grounding in gratitude.
Mountain Pose – 5 to 10 Deep Breaths (Get Grounded)
Standing Knee to Chest (Right Leg) – 5 Deep Breaths (Open up And Release Tension)
Standing Knee to Chest (Left Leg) – 5 Deep Breaths (Open up and Release Tension)
Mountain Pose – 5 to 10 Deep Breaths (Feel Stable & Secure)
Ragdoll – 5 to 10 Deep Breaths (Transmute Negativity)
Downward Dog – 5 to 10 Breaths (Feel the Flow of Gratitude)
Child’s Pose – 5 to 10 Deep Breaths (Resting in Gratitude & Peace)
Bridge – 5 Deep Breaths (Get Grounded In Fresh Space)
