This practice is about healing the heart to welcome in love, acceptance, compassion and/or forgiveness. Its about bringing to your heart what you need today to step back into harmony. As we heal the heart space we begin to breath with ease again. A gentle yoga practice focused on expanding the chest, stretching the shoulders and melting the upper body. In the end there is a meditation providing you with beautiful emerald green heart energy for healing and love.
