I Am Grateful For…

Gratitude is an amazing practice that we get all excited about around Thanksgiving each year. The power of gratitude doesn’t stop after Thanksgiving though and I want to encourage you to start a gratitude practice this week then carry it on to next week and the week after. This mantra is a fill in the blank so that means you can end it with whatever you choose. I love that because it gives you the power! You could simply affirm you are grateful for a new day, you can affirm your gratitude for anything you chose. The importance of affirming the gratitude is that saying the words out loud or to yourself opens your mind to possibility however big or small. Affirm your gratitude and encourage your mind to see through a different lens today.
