Compassion has the power to loosen the air and tame frustration. Irritation and frustration happen. We judge ourselves so harshly that we end up in a jail of our own making. Compassion will free you. Discovering a lens of love lessens frustration and irritation.
This practice is about illuminating compassion from the heart center out into the world. Love and compassion live within your heart center, in a place we often close off out of fear. Thats okay no need to judge here, we are trying to step out of the judgement and into some compassion for yourself and others.
With some gentle yoga stretches and a guided meditation you can illuminate compassion and transform your day!
