Immune Booster Smoothie

A little Immune Support is always good and when it’s tasty even better!  I love to have this smoothie as a mid-morning snack or for breakfast, my little one enjoys this too!

Immune Boster Smoothie

  • Clementine or an Orange
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries (fresh works too)
  • ½ tbsp. Turmeric
  • Coconut Water (about ½ cup to 1 cup)
  • ½ cup Kale

Combined Peeled clementine or orange, berries, turmeric, coconut water, and kale.  Blend until smooth.  If you use fresh berries add a few ice cubes.

Why Is this Immune Boosting?  Packed with Vitamin C from clementine/orange.  Antioxidants from Berries and Kale.  Electrolytes from Coconut Water.  And Turmeric is great for healing.  This smoothie is packed with Nutrients, giving your body an Immune Boost!  Enjoy!
