Move the energy in the body and open up to love for yourself and all life. You are connected to the universe and all living beings/things in the universe. Breath that love and unity into your being.

Open up to honor yourself, your truth and the truth of all life. Then move forward in a mindful loving energy for you and all life.

As you honor your connection to yourself and life you begin to feel the support that is all around you. That support helps you flow with yourself and your life.

Hang Out in Each Pose for 10-15 breaths.

Comfortable Seat – Set an Intention to Embody Love & Unity

Seated Twist (Both Sides) – Twist Out Judgements, Anger & Spite

Cat/Cow Pose (4 Times) – Move Energy Through the Body

Downward Dog– Get Connected to All Life

Mountain Pose– Honor Your Connection to All life

Dancer Pose (Both Sides) – Open the Heart To Love Yourself & Be Yourself

Mountain Pose – Honor Your Connection to Yourself

Ragdoll Fold – Breathe in Love, Oneness & Unity

Cobra – Expand the Heart Space

Puppy Pose -Affirm I Am Love, I Am Whole, I Am One With All Life.

Thunderbolt or Comfortable Seat – OM (AUM) 3 Times, Creating Unity Within yourself and the Entire Universe
