Peaceful Warrior Yoga Sequence

The warrior has power and strength because the warrior knows no only when to fight but when to put down the weapons and stand in peace. Its all to often we go to war with ourselves. Don’t forget you are free to choose. Freedom is yours and peace can be to, you just have to choose it. Release the need to control and stand in your power, your freedom and choose peace today.

Mountain Pose – 5 Deep breaths (Get Grounded In The Moment)

Warrior I – 3 to 5 Breaths (Step Into Your Power)

Humble Warrior – 3 to 5 Breaths Each Side (Choose Peaceful Thoughts)

Warrior II – 3 to 5 Breaths (Remember Freedom Is Yours)

Reverse Warrior – 3 Breaths (Release The Need To Control)

Extended Warrior – 3 Breaths (Affirm I Am Free)

Warrior III – 3 to 5 Breaths (Trusting In You Power)

Mountain with hands at heart center– 5 Deep Breaths (Grounded In Peaceful Freedom)

Repeat on Other Side.
