Quick Chakra Reset – Yoga Sequence

Your chakra centers align with all parts of you (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually). and the energy centers can get blocked through life.  Movement and breath are powerful tools in reseting your energy.  This practice is a quick way to reset the chakra system and step back into ease. 

Yoga Sequence

Mountain Pose

Get Grounded in the Moment

Ragdoll Fold 

Root Chakra – release fear, uncertainty and lack of security.  Step onto your strong foundation of love.

Cat/Cow 

Sacral Chakra – release guilt and control to step into flow, abundance, joy & pleasure.

Plank 

Solar Plexus – release shame, unworthiness and judgments.  Step back into your power!

Cobra

Heart Chakra – open up to love yourself unconditionally and step into a full heart of gratitude.

Downward Dog

A Moment to Pause and Give Gratitude

Puppy Pose

Throat Chakra – breathe out the blocks and open up to authentic expression,

listening and standing in your truth.

Child’s Pose 

Third Eye Chakra – Clear the fog and release the illusions.  

See clearly the reality and trust in your inner knowing.

Rabbit Pose

Crown Chakra – release attachments and free yourself to discover peace.

Thunderbolt or Comfortable Seat

Breathe in gratitude.  Breathe with ease as the weight falls from your shoulders.
