How many times have you tried to meditate and you feel like you just can’t focus? Maybe too many thoughts or not ablate sit still, whatever the reason its okay!
The truth is there is not a right or wrong way to meditate. Yes, you read that correctly. Its the judgements you have about yourself and meditation that actually stop you. Be mindful of those judgements because they are guiding you and teaching you.
Give meditation a go without expectation and without judgement and see where it takes you. You may be surprised!
