Quick Relaxation & Breathing Tip

Breathing can be powerful and it can help you to relax, it can also help you hyperventilate. It all depends on how you are breathing. The key to using your breath for relaxation is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The parasympathetic nervous system is your rest and reflect and the sympathetic nervous system is your fight or flight or your stress response. If you are stuck in the stress response its really hard to relax. In the video I give you the keys to breathing and activating the rest and relax response.
