Radical Self Acceptance Yoga Sequence

There are several parts to you and you need all of them to be you. Radical self-acceptance is about unconditionally accepting yourself for both the light and shadow within. It is a practice that you choose every single day and it will change your life.

This sequence is for you to open up the body, reset the mind and pull in loving energy so you can step into unconditional acceptance for yourself. Breathe in love and acceptance, breathe out judgement, pressure and expectations throughout the entire sequence.

As you begin to create space for yourself to practice radical self-acceptance you begin to feel freer, lighter and worthy. But don’t believe me, try it out for yourself! 🙂

Hang Out in Each Pose for 10-15 breaths.

Mountain Pose – Get Grounded in Love

Standing Twist (Each Side) – Twist to Clear the Mind

Standing Camel – Open the Heart to Love Yourself

Ragdoll– Allow the Pressure and Judgements to Melt Away

Cobra– Affirm I Totally and Completely Love and Accept Myself.

Crocodile Pose – Just Breathe Here

Cobra – Affirm I Totally and Completely Love and Accept Myself.

Child’s Pose -Honor Who You Are, Who You Have Been & Who You Will Be

Seated Twist (Each Side) – Create Space for Self-Love. Breathe and Twist.

Thunderbolt or Comfortable Seat – Affirm I Love Myself, I Accept Myself, I No Longer Judge Myself, I Unconditionally Love and Accept Myself and Breathe,
