Relaxing and indulging is sometimes hard to come by yet its a huge part of self-care. This practice is a gentle relaxing yoga practice where you are encouraged to indulge in each stretch. Or in other words enjoy yourself and feel good. Though this practice you will shift into the mindset of being worthy or love, care and good things. It is safe for you to feel pleasure and you are worthy of indulging. Take time for you and allow yourself to feel the loving energy. You will need a blanket fo this practice.
