We can attach ourselves to anything. And those attachments weigh us down; they keep us in one place. To be free we must release our attachments, whatever they might be. When we see only one path or one outcome we are just asking for stress, frustration and irritation. Yet when we release our attachments we can spread our wings and fly free. Freedom is much about flowing and if we tie ourselves to the tree or plant or feet in the rocks we become stuck so we must untie ourselves to live free.
