When we sit in compassion we change our whole perspective. Judgement and fear bring on stress. They place pressure and the weight of the world on our shoulders. When we take the time to shift that judgement and fear to compassion and love we begin to melt our stress away. Compassion is understanding that we all experience things differently, that we all have different opinions and so on. Take time this week to shift into compassion. Remember compassion isn’t just toward others its toward yourself too. Have compassion for all you are feeling too!
