Disconnect
We live in a world where we are constantly connected. At the snap of our fingers we can connect with anyone or anything. Connection is great, sometimes its too much. We get over stimulated. Stress and overwhelm build up and we are at a loss. We must take time to disconnect. Our mind, body and soul need the disconnection. The time without media and devices, time to just be.
I Challenge You to disconnect this week, everyday for at least 5 minutes (Try an hour or more)!
Namaste,
Katie Bock
