How are you feeling? What have you been feeling? Are you allowing yourself to feel? We often push aside our “negative emotions” because we don’t want to feel them. Ever time we push them aside we are building on to our stress. To feel is to be alive. We need to allow ourselves to feel all of our emotions. It is within the “negative emotions” we learn how strong we are.
I Challenge you to allow yourself to feel all you need to. Do what you need to…cry, laugh, yell, be still…whatever it is do it for you!
