Worry happens. Stress happens. This practice is to twist it out and surrender worries and stress. Step back into peace and feel relaxed. A gentle practice you could do anytime of day to come back to easy breathing. Sometimes its hard the release the worry and stress that drops into life and so it becomes all about the practices that help guide us forward. For me yoga has always been one of those practices, it brings me back into my inner peace. I created this practice just for that purpose to guide you back into your own inner peace.
