We have have limiting beliefs. They form throughout life from experiences, feelings, thoughts and things we are told to be true. In reality most of these limiting beliefs are not true and we have the power to transform those beliefs that limit us into beliefs that empower us. I spent years believing I wasn’t good enough and that only led me to more feelings of not being good enough, striving for perfection because I believed perfection would make me good enough. They truth is I was always good enough and all I needed to do was release that limiting belief and transform it. So know I believe, I am good enough, I do enough and I am worthy of all I desire.
