Why Self-Care Isn’t Selfish

There is this belief out there that self-care is selfish and its just not true! In all honesty I believed it too for so long then I saw the light. Why so many of us feel self-care is selfish I don’t know but today I want to melt that belief away. Today you step into a new belief that you are worthy and self-care is essential. No more pushing yourself to the side, instead its time to allow yourself some enjoyment. And remember self-care, self-love doesn’t have to be big, it can be simple small acts that make a huge impact.
This week I challenge you to make self-love, self-care a priority. Tell yourself self-care and self-love is not selfish, it is essential and I will make myself a priority. Then do it! Make yourself a priority and allow yourself to feel good!
