Yoga is a powerful practice. It is rooted in mind, body and spirit, connecting the three as one. A part of yoga is the physical practice, but there is so much more. I started my journey with yoga years ago and earlier this year I started a Yoga Writing Exploration. It is an exploration into yoga that I had experienced and put it into several posts for you. I have compiled all these post here.
Explore with me and walk down the path to freedom, peace, and love. A journey only you can chose to begin and only you can chose to achieve. Your whole life falls into your hands, explore and embrace…Join me on this Exploration!
