Stress and tension build up through out the moments and days of our life. This build up blocks us from fully experiencing the moments in front of us.  It also creates an overwhelmed feeling within.  This 15 minute practice will melt away that stress and tension.  Allowing you to breathe with ease and move freely.  A great practice for all levels newest beginner to most advanced yogi.
