
The core is the most important part of our body when it comes to ease of movement. When our core is strong and open we move easy and free. Muscles of the core stabilize us as we stand tall, as we sit, basically in almost any movement. This yoga practice will guide you to strengthen those core muscles and lengthen them for ease of movement. Take 12 minutes to make movement simpler, easier. A good practice for all levels beginner to intermediate.
